This Sunday, Richard Notkin will be speaking on Art and War: Four Decades of Social Commentary in Clay at the Museum of Contemporary Craft, in conjunction with his participation in the now-closed CRAFT IN AMERICA show. Notkin will explore the world of craft and its potential for expanding both social commentary and artistic practice.

Four artists will be speaking together this weekend at PAC, exploring the issues of contemporary digital media. Jim Neidhardt & Kerry Davis will be discussing their installation Crybabys, or A Sad State of Affairs, and Colin Ives & Andrew Carson will be discussing their installation Swimmer, both of which are on view at PAC now.
