Josh Arseneau, from "BLAM!"

Mark McFarland and Josh Arseneau will be speaking this week on their work at the Portland Art Center. Arseneau's BLAM! is showing in the Main Gallery, and McFarland's Preparations can be viewed in PAC's Light & Sound space.

Kanaan Kanaan at PAC
Joyce Dallal, "Landscape with Approaching Storm; UN Resolutions 181, 194, 242, and Various Other Peace Initiatives"

Kanaan Kanaan will be speaking this weekend on Piece Process, a traveling group exhibition by artists of Middle Eastern descent. The work explores the Middle Eastern conflict and the creative search for peace from the perspective of artists working both within and outside of the Middle East.
