Photography and Public Discourse-Not What You Think....

Patrick Stearns: “Portland Under Construction - Photographs from the Tunnel, Tram and Grid Projects” opens Sunday at The Art Gym. The exhibition of black and white photographs chronicles the construction boom in Portland over the past 10 years.
